Roughly 6" of snow for much of the metro before a changeover to ice Saturday evening....less snow/more ice just south of the Twin Cities...mostly snow from St. Cloud to Princeton, Cambridge and other far northern suburbs, where 8-12" accumulation is expected.

I'm continually amazed that you seem to have forgotten that winter is half the year here; Joe grew up here, he should have remembered if nothing else. Oh what a year or 2 of sunbaked Phoenix does to one's brain.

On an encouraging note, the snow is usually gone (or almost gone) by the end of March.

So you have 4+ months to pursue hobbies, as no one really expects you to go out and do anything if you don't want to.

SK - I had hoped something changed? Apparently we weren't away long enough :p Hahah.

Boy, what fun! WE were out and about today, even ventured down to Savage! It's very pretty outside. But snowy! I think we have about 5 inches so far. Max loves it! Spike would be perfectly fine without it....

Pics forthcoming!
