Will It Ever End...?
The rain, that is. We've had ALOT of rain this week. If it were snow, I think we would have had 20 feet! Now that would be cool!
This led to some great cloud shots this morning outside the front of the house:
And around back, we had another rainbow!
The leaves are starting to change colors - can't wait to take this scene again in a few weeks.

I'm testing the birthday candle hypothesis that you posed, so far, no luck, they are being drowned.
I think what you do, then, is light a candle, drop it in the beer, and chug the beer. Repeat for each year you are celebrating.
Let me know how that goes.

I miss the change of the seasons. Here in LA, it's either hot or it isn't. I live in the South Bay area which is near the beaches and all. It's generally cooler here than in the city anyway. This week is weird. Mid to upper 60's right now. People call that cold here. ;-)
