What a gorgeous view. I, too, love those mornings when the mist hangs around. Here in Long Beach, I take what I can get and fully appreciate a slow-moving marine layer.
Hi tree - yes, we are! Fall out here is really nice so far - I really missed it living in Arizona! Though the sunny warm days of DEcemeber will be sorely missed!
